English Language and Activity Programme (Homestay) — Oxford

Learning English in Oxford means studying where the English language itself was shaped. Students aged 12–17 are placed with carefully vetted host families in twin rooms on full board, experiencing the rhythms of daily life in one of the world's most celebrated university cities. Fifteen hours of weekly English tuition sharpen core language skills, while afternoon and weekend activities bring the city alive — punting on the Cherwell, exploring Bodleian Library courtyards and visiting the Ashmolean Museum. All language levels are welcome, from beginner to upper-intermediate. The programme runs through most of the summer, from mid-June to mid-August, with flexible bookings of two weeks or more. For academically-minded young people, there is no more inspiring setting in which to master English.
